Sir, My family visited your restaurant on dated 02/12/23 at evening for dinner. We were not satisfied from your service. Plz take some meetings with your family restaurant staff to provide better service to customers.

I was staying at this property for 3 days visiting for a marriage party. On 15th at 8.30 pm. I informed at the reception 3 of my guests are visiting and they will go in an hour. When my guests arrived they didn't allow them inside. There were two ladies and a gentleman. The reason I told was you need to book another room for your guests . Why would I take another room. My guess were standing out in the cold for an hour . It was lit of disrespect. Anyways with the request from a local resident they allowed. I on 16th told them I would like to extend my stay . They said ok. At 10 I got a call that there is no availability. Or I pay extra. I chose to leave the property. Most unreliable service.

We landed at the Airport at 1 pm and despite informing the hotel, we'll in advance......The hotel's Reception entry was locked and the lights were Off.Thank God the watchman allowed us, inside the premises and rang up the manager. It was about 20 mins, when manager obliged 🤣🤣, V ( guests) were sitting in our parked vehicle .The room's AC was Not functional. V were shifted to the next room, but not before the bed - spreads were changed and some dusting was done. Breakfast , Waiting time was 20/25 minutes.......So , we decided to leave without it .The bed - tea was also served, 20 minutes, after the instructed time. Later, v got to know that there were only 3 people......watchman, manager/ caretaker & cook / bell boy / waiter......All in all for everyday guests !! If someone decides to Book those premises for Wedding, etc then people are hired for doing all odd jobs. My hubby & I have decided to stay away from such a hotel. First time Ever ,in my life I have had such a weird hotel experience.

very close to Varanasi airport. we went there for a quick lunch and we were not disappointed. excellent food, beautiful ambiance and cleanliness is commendable. especially washrooms were absolutely clean. i would definitely mention the waiter RAJA who was super pleasant and efficient. the problem is we got only Indian main course and noodles though we were looking for something light. portion size is good. the place is good if you have time at your hands.

It's a very nice hotel, the staff are also very good. There is also a marriage garden , a restaurant, and a bar. Everything is very nice.
